Icon in its most modern sense implies "symbolism" or “likeness in appearance.” Eikon is a Greek term where our English word “icon” is derived from, originally meaning "being of the same substance."

See the difference? The difference is being “like something” vs. “becoming something.”

Come discover our Jesus Dojo where we train by Jesus’ teachings, practice his ways of living, and enjoy his form of community with meals and life together. We meet on Sunday nights from 6-8pm in GCC’s sanctuary for a free meal and time in the dojo. We also meet for game nights, movie nights, and various serving opportunities in our community.

Beware… our time together is about transformation. You see, Jesus doesn’t invite us to water the weeds and pull the flowers but to pick the weeds and water the flowers. Come join us as we jump into the Jesus dojo and follow the way of Jesus together.
